Perimenopause…you’ve probably been hearing that word a lot lately, but what exactly does it mean? How do you know if you’re in it (or through it)? Is there anything that you can do to feel better, or do you just have to tough it out?

In this intimate conversation, Laura will share what perimenopause (and menopause) means, highlight the most common (and weird) symptoms you might be experiencing, debunk the myths surrounding it, and give you the tools to thrive.

If you’re a woman ages 35-70 who has been struggling with fatigue, brain fog, joint pain, digestive issues, headaches and migraines, stress and anxiety, sleep issues, hormonal imbalances, and weight management, this is for you!

Laura is a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner who focuses on helping women with hormone imbalances, sleep, stress, and autoimmune disease. After she began suffering from fatigue, brain fog, joint pain, and chronic headaches and migraines, she reversed her autoimmune symptoms by changing her diet and lifestyle. She then launched her nutrition services to ensure that other women can also successfully journey to better health.

In addition to her Nutritional Therapy certification, Laura has obtained numerous other certifications that allow her to assist with autoimmune diseases, hormonal balancing, nutritional supplements, and integrative medicine. She has been featured on CBS, WUSA9, Great Day Washington, Paleo Magazine, the Washingtonian Magazine, Tysons Premier Magazine, and numerous podcasts. Her practice focuses on helping women bring their bodies back into balance. She does this by analyzing her clients’ issues through functional lab testing and journaling, and then creating bespoke recommendations to help them improve their diets and change their lifestyle.
